Free Ask A Vet
I found a good website where the veterinarian will actually respond to your questions. It is run by someone who calls themselves Dr. Chris.
I got my question answered in the time he said he would (<48 hours) and he responded to my follow up questions.
He used to have the sign up form up all the time, but I think he only accepts questions on certain days as his time permits.
